You will be responsible for your own specific recruitment desk and market, execute end-to-end recruitment activities for live vacancies alongside proactive candidate generation and marketing. You will develop new business and identify opportunities, build strong working relationship with clients and candidates, and complete the whole recruitment process through to deal closing.
You will be a degree holder prefer in IT&T, MIS, Computer Science or Engineering. Currently working in technology field OR experience within a recruitment role and have a desire to take your career to the next level. Hands-on experience in recruiting IT function highly preferred. Candidates with IT industry experience with no recruitment experience will be considered. You will be a people person with an enthusiastic mindset and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will also be self-motivated, proactive, and results-orientated with the determination to succeed. Less experience candidate will be consider as researcher to begin. Fluency in English is essential, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
