Temp Accountant for an international listed FI (18k-24k)

Our client, an international well-established FI listed company is currently searching for a temporary Accounting Officer to join their busy finance team starting immediately on a 6 month or 1 year contract! They are particularly interested to hear from candidates with SAP, advanced Excel and accounts payable experience. Immediately Available preferred.
This is an excellent career step-up opportunity for an experienced candidate looking forward to working in a globally established financial institution. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly but busy office environment as part of a close-knit team. Your main duty will be to look after the posting of cash receipts and payments for their group of companies. This will include posting of bank receipts and payments, bank reconciliations for all group companies, maintain a filing system for accounting records, review and answer queries from service providers along with any ad-hoc duties that might be require.
The successful candidate should have at least 1 years experienced of SAP, reconciliations and general financial admin in sizable companies. If you are detail-oriented, have good organization skills along with a proactive attitude, able to work under pressure and handle things independently, this is the perfect role for you!

- Prepare invoices, payments and reimbursement
- Review authorized invoices to ensure they are in line with organizational policies and procedures
- Review bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items with service provider
- Maintain accurate filing system for accounting records
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
- 1-5 Years of accounting experience in sizable companies or FI industry
- Experience of SAP is a MUST
- Highly experienced in using Excel
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Well organized and attention to details
