The Temp Accounts Clerk is mainly responsible for providing daily accounting operations and administrative supports as required.
• Report to the Accounting manager;
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including AP, AR, data/voucher input in accounting system and other application systems;
• Handle supplier invoices with supporting document and input data;
• Assist in preparation of reports and analysis;
• Maintain a filing system of all accounting vouchers and invoices;
• Provide administrative supports as required;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
• LCC Intermediate/Higher in Accounting or equivalent;
• At least 2 years accounting experience;
• Detail minded and self-motivated;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Familiar with Sun Accounting System is preferred (training will be provided);
• Immediately available;
• Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese;
• Initial Contract Period: 3 months.
