- Responsible for the preparation of monthly schedule and updating, arranging and coordinating job transfers for promoters
- Arranging pay and compensation, including MPF to all promoters
- Assisting the Administrative Officer in handling the incoming emails and preparing for reply
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as scheduling and liaison
- Communicate with internal and external contacts and effective communication skills
- Assisting Administrative Officer with ad hoc issue in a timely manner
- F.7 / DSE Graduate with 1 year working experience
- Good in PC Operations including MS Offices & Excel
- PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
- Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility & strong team player
