Service Delivery – Supplied Services
Hang Seng's Service Delivery is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strive for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.
Supplied Services, supporting vendor risk management for Service Delivery functions, and also responsible for the Bank’s banknote and coins processing and ATM management.
Should you join our Service Delivery, you will focus on delivering excellent services through teaming up with fellow colleagues, business partners and Group Services Centers. You will work closely with our branch staff, relationship managers, product owners and IT teams. You will be developed with skills and mindset for process ownership, quality and risk management, high performance coaching, adaptive operating model and effective cost management.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Temporary Cash Handling Clerk (3 months).
Perform cash note processing
Handle data input and document scanning
Document photocopying, file and record maintenance
Handle incoming calls, messages, emails and distribute to relevant parties
Any other jobs / task assigned by the respective supervisor
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Good team-player, detail-minded, strong attentiveness on jobs and able to work under pressure
Good organization and communication skills
Knowledge of application software is an advance
Proficiency in Chinese and elementary English
Immediate available preferred
- Contract period from December 2016 to March 2017, candidates must be immediately available
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
