You are responsible to handle order entries, shipment arrangement, support the daily routine administrative work of CS team, prepare invoices & packing lists, data entry, mailing and filing and customer services related duties.
Besides, you are also required to assist the CS manager to document the customers’ directory files, work flow procedures, shared folders management and other administrative work.
You are expected to have completed Diploma or above. You should have at least one-year working experience. Moreover, you should have good communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Proficient in Excel and Word is also required.
Experience in Oracle operation is an advantage.
Working Hours : 5-Day per week, Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
