Our client is an international & iconic company specialized in the consumer goods category with wholesale & retail operations worldwide. They are currently looking for a Training Manager to expand their growing business in APAC.
Key job duties
Report to the HR Director, you will lead and direct the strategic delivery of training and development initiatives for the region.You will identify training needs, develop & deliver training solutions in areas focused on retail sales, customer service and supervisory skills. You will develop and implement business strategies, forecast and budgets to cope with business development needs. You will monitor and improve KPIs, operations efficiency and effectiveness of the expanding retail stores.You will create & implement training material for all levels of frontline staff and monitor the success of the training programs. You will train the trainer and work with retail operations team to develop & implement programs, activities and new ideas to raise staff’s commitment & engagement to the company. You will support and participate in ad hoc projects.
You should be a Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline. You should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably from the retail/ customer services industry. You should possess immense leadership skills, motivational, energetic and out-going personality. You should have excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You should also have outstanding presentation skills.
