One of the top tier insurance firms is looking for a second man in charge at the Training Department
Your new company
A well-established life insurance organisation is seeking to expand their sales force in the upcoming year. To accommodate for this growth in numbers, they are seeking a candidate to develop, train and establish industry leading standards within the sales force.
Your new role
As the second person in charge your main responsibilities include set up training courses and prepare training material to develop the quality within the sales force, ensure the sales process remains compliance and effective training is delivered within the department. You will work closely with various departments in operations, mid-office and marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have 10 years of training experience and 3 years of supervisory experience, you will have a strong sales management background along with experience in training and delivery. You will have a solid knowledge within managing an insurance sales channel and be fully capable of driving sales and efficiency. Communications in Cantonese and Mandarin will be essential.
