- Min. 5 years in hotel / lounge management

- Manager the Ramp Services Department
- Supervise the front line staff
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Monitor and assist hotel front-of-house operations
- Fluent in more than one language
- Front Office management experience
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Immediate available is preferable
- Minimum 4 years’ customer service experience
- Prepare report & data analysis.
- Handle and resolve customer issues
