一、自我介紹的重要性
試想想，為何HR要叫你介紹自己？
其實當HR叫你介紹自己時，他們其實不只想與你展開真誠對話，更是想通過你的自述掌握你的語言能力以及工作能力，以初步判斷是否匹配申請職位。因此自然流暢，言之有物的自我介紹是是面試成功的重要一環。
二、自我介紹應包括甚麼？
一段印象加分的自我介紹可分三部分：
1. 問候及開場白
雖然HR或面試官已從CV上得知你的姓名，但不要因此而跳過這部份，因為對HR來說鄭重介紹自己可以增加印象分，當然期間要保持微笑與自信，以及眼神接觸。
英語例句: “Good morning, and thank you for having me. My name is Sherlyn Wong, and I’m excited to be here today.”
2. 最近的工作經驗
雖然HR已經看過你的CV，但老實說他們一目十行，再深刻的文字都比不上真人演繹好，所以將你最近的工作經驗以利落的方式向他陳述就最好不過，當然要展示你對工作的熱誠。
英語例句: “I’ve spent the last 3 years working as a Senior Customer Relations Specialist at a prolific technology startup based in Hong Kong. I have been promoted twice and have received several awards for my great performance. I enjoy resolving customer issues and ensuring that their trust in our company only grows, not falters.”
3. 解釋為何加入這間公司或應徵該職位
最後解釋為何你想離開現任崗位並加入這間公司，解釋不用太深入或提及私人因素，宜集中講解該公司有甚麼吸引你的地方。
英語例句:“While I value my current role, I’m looking for a position that offers greater strategic involvement. I’ve heard positive feedback about your company’s culture and growth opportunities, and I believe the role aligns well with my long-term goals.”

1.Fresh Grad 初入職場示例
重點：課外經驗、實習、技能、態度
範例：
“Good morning, I’m Adrian Lee. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. During my studies, I completed two internships — one in digital content production and another in event coordination. These experiences helped me understand cross-team communication and sharpened my skills in research and campaign planning. I’m excited about this opportunity because your company is known for its innovative approach, and I hope to contribute fresh ideas while continuing to develop professionally.”
2.資深員工（Senior, 5–10年經驗）範例
重點：專業深度、成效、領導能力
範例：

In my previous role, I led a team of four and managed regional campaigns across Hong Kong and Singapore. 重點：策略視野、管理成果、業務貢獻
範例：

四、讓自我介紹更有層次的三個技巧
1. 加入可量化成果（更具說服力）
