好多人其實明明英語程度唔錯，用英文傾偈同開會都冇問題，但一聽到電話入面嘅人講英文，就會即刻騰晒雞，唔知道開場白點講先最大方得體。
其實，電話對答同細個背乘數表一樣，只要記住啲公式，就可以揮灑自如。仲唔快啲將以下嘅懶人包print出嚟，貼喺電話隔離？
接電話
Hello, ABC Company. May I help you? / How can I help?
找的人是自己 (Can I speak to Chris Wong please?)
Yes, speaking. / Yes, this is Chris. / Yes, this is Chris speaking. / That’s me. Can I help you?
找的人是別人 (Can I speak to Amy Cheung please?)
Certainly. Who shall I say is calling? / May I ask who's calling?
Please hold and I’ll put you through. / I’ll just put you on hold for a moment. / Just a second, I’ll see if she’s in.
要找的人不在
I’m afraid Amy isn’t at her desk right now / is in a meeting / just stepped out of the office / is away this week / is unavailable at the moment / her line is busy.
Can I ask her to call you back? / Would you like me to take a message? / Would you mind calling back later?
Hold on for just a second so I can grab a pen and paper.
I will tell her you called. / I will pass that on to her. / I’ll make sure she gets your message.

打錯電話

聽不清楚對方的說話
