Assistant Property Manager

Tasks and duties

• Assisting in the management and administration of properties on behalf of landlords.
• Handling tenant queries and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Performing initial screenings of potential tenants to assess their eligibility.
• Keeping detailed records for all rental properties including rents, costs, lease agreements and inspections.
• Helping to ensure properties are maintained and repairs carried out promptly.
• Supporting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Assisting in the enforcement of property and leasing rules and regulations.
