Design Manager

Design Managers coordinate and oversee the creative process of design projects. Their responsibilities often include defining the design strategy, coordinating a team of designers, managing project schedules and reviewing and approving designs before they are presented to clients or stakeholders. Design Managers span across various industries, from graphic design and advertising to product development and architecture. They generally work in-house within companies, design agencies or as freelance consultants, and must possess an understanding of their industry's design principles and tools. They play a key role in making sure the final design aligns with a client's vision and business objectives.
