How to become an Operations Manager
An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively. A working knowledge of the industry to which the company belongs is preferred.
- Degree in business, operations management or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of the industry or sector that the organisation belongs to.
