- Continuously looking for opportunities to cut costs and improve operational efficiency while ensuring high quality product or service output.
How to become an Operations Manager
An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively. A working knowledge of the industry to which the company belongs is preferred.
- 1.Degree in business, operations management or a related discipline.
- 2.Deep understanding of the industry or sector that the organisation belongs to.
- 3.Years of managerial experience within the related field is a plus.
- 4.Has a strategic mindset that can easily understand the "big picture".
- 5.Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
