What's it like to be a Product Manager?
Product Managers hold a key role within various industries, responsible for driving the development, market launch and continuous support and improvement of a company's products. They work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales, to map out the strategic direction of the product portfolio. A Product Manager often gathers market intelligence to identify customer needs and business opportunities, translates these into product requirements and prioritises them based on business value. - Presenting product ideas and progress to stakeholders and corporate leadership.
- Assessing metrics, market trends and profitability to guide product strategy.
