    Don’t mind low pay and being emotionally manipulated (PUA), then this job might be suitable for you.
    The good things1. You can get job experience 2. Study leave 5 days per subject
    The challenges1. Sick leave approval is very restrictive, with employees only allowed 5 days of paid sick leave per year. 2. Work allocation by the manager is highly unbalanced — preferred employees receive lighter workloads, while others are given significantly heavier tasks. 3. Annual leave is limited to only 10 days. 4. The bonus has never exceeded 0.8 month; it only decreases, never increases, creating an unfair “rich-get-richer, poor-get-poorer” situation. 5. Overtime cannot be claimed, even though candidates were told during hiring that OT claim would be provided. 6. Salaries do not increase regardless of how long you work here, unless you are promoted — but promotions only come with more workload, not better compensation.**
