如何給面試官寫Thank you email?見工後最關鍵的發信黃金時間

面試人員一般安排多位求職者於同一天見工,對面試者的印象很快便會淡忘。因此,面試後的24小時內發送感謝函,能夠讓他們容易回想面試時與你會面的交談內容,對你的印象亦會更加深刻。

  • 簡短而扼要

面試人員通常公務繁忙,不會花費太多時間檢閱與主要職責無關的電郵,因此你的感謝函必須要意簡言賅,別多於三個段落及超過200字。

  • 向面試人員致謝

在開首段落向面試人員表達謝意,感謝他們暫時擱下工作抽空與你會面。你可以再次提及面試時曾說過的資歷及個人專長,以加深他們對你的印象。

  • 再次提及對申請職位的興趣

在信函中,可表達你透過面試人員的詳盡介紹,對申請職位的工作細節有更深入了解,也因此對該職位更感興趣。此舉可讓面試人員感到你對新工作的熱誠,還感到備受尊重。

  • 提及與職位相關的重要經驗

當你進一步了解新工作的所需技能,不妨在信函中提及你具備的相關經驗。例如你申請的職位是公關經理,你可以提及過往你執行危機處理或籌辦記者招待會的經驗。

  • 補充見工時遺漏了的重要資訊                     

如果你見工後發現遺漏了一些重要資訊,例如與申請職位相關的資歷或工作經驗,可以在感謝函內提及,讓面試人員對你的背景了解更多。

  • 留下聯絡方法

在信末留下你的聯絡方法,以便未來僱主有任何關於職位申請的進一步行動,可快速與你聯繫。

Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me in the interview today for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist that has opened with (the company name). It was great to meet you and your marketing team to learn more about the role.

I am particularly interested in the details you have mentioned about the role, which will have to establish a strong global presence for (the company name) on various social media platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
