發送「溫馨提示」的技巧！英文催人回覆email要點寫？(附例句)

上一篇文章提到一些小技巧，盡量令電郵可以引起收件人的注意。但工作上總會遇到一些人彷彿從來不回覆電郵，發給他的電郵猶如石沉大海，有時你甚至會懷疑他到底是不想回覆，還是根本沒有看過電郵。而另外有些人就總是對期限視若無睹，總是要三催四請才肯把工作完成。工作環環相扣，你等他回覆電郵，別人也在等你回覆，不能再等的話就唯有想辦法發送「溫馨提示」，催促對方盡快回應。

提醒同事回覆電郵，較常見會用到“kind reminder”或 “friendly reminder”，例如 “Kindly be reminded to submit your sales report today.”。如果已經催完又催，「溫馨提示」已發過好幾次，又或者情況嚴峻，希望對方真的盡快回覆電郵，又可以怎樣寫呢？

說之以理，指出你必須要催促他的原因︰

Just checking that the XXX I sent you on 23 July is okay. I have to [do something] with your feedback before I can [do something else].
I was wondering if you have had a chance to look at the e-mail below yet. Our customer enquired about it earlier this week.

設下期限，或要求對方估計何時回覆︰

Have you had time to look into this? Can you let me know when you will be able to do it?
This is with regards to the XXX email sent 23 July. We have still not received a response from you. Please send us the desired data by Monday.

動之以情，關心對方是否有甚麼困難或苦衷，在查詢進度之後加上一句︰

Please let us know if you require any assistance from our end.

I’m just emailing to check you got the XXX Report I sent you last week. I need to complete the report by Friday and I can’t do that until I receive your feedback. Can you please tell me when you'll be able to look at it for me?
