講起一間公司入面最多人鍾意「聲討」嘅角色,除咗老細之外,一定非HR莫屬。喺好多網上討論區中,HR都被塑造成為以壓價為樂,同老細狼狽為奸嘅邪惡軸心。但其實HR人都好想講,事實唔係咁㗎!


1. HR最多咪睇吓CV,in吓人,我自己做都得啦,駛唔駛俾錢請成條team返嚟呀?

HR人表示:任何行業嘅entry level都係做簡單嘢先㗎啦,不過到你慢慢做上去,就會成為一門專業,由招聘、計糧、計假、員工福利、報稅,到培訓、employee engagement、包辦公司活動,出咗事要賠錢、補假,勞工法例要隨口背得出,員工做錯嘢要識拆,講嘢要好小心免得俾人話公司觸犯歧視條例;要做到上位,仲要讀埋HR Master、MBA。如果喺大公司做,一個唔好彩啲人罷工,我哋就要肩負起化解呢場怒火街頭嘅重責。宜家你仲係覺得好易做?


2. 係呀,你哋好忙呀,training永遠都唔會批,炒人、cut福利同bonus你哋就最拿手。

HR人表示:其實好多時背後我哋付出咗好多努力向老細propose,同你哋爭取多啲,但最後唔批。呢啲嘢其他同事未必會睇到,但往往send封email出嚟嘅係我哋,於是我哋變咗醜人嘅角色,俾全公司詛咒。遇著個躁底嘅問候哂我全家,你估好好玩咩?嗚嗚。


3. 點解你哋咁鍾意壓價?你有冇考慮過我哋見工嘅感受?

HR人表示:事實上,請每個post都會有budget,公司又有哂market data要跟。講真,你出糧又唔係我俾錢,我寧願公司開高啲budget,可以有效率啲fill咗個vacancy。但大多數情況係,見完十個人都話唔啱,然後又日日俾人chur話等人用,真係左右做人難。


4. 咁我咪一早寫咗expected salary囉,唔啱又叫我去見,見完先嚟壓價,玩嘢呀?

HR人表示:其實如果個開價係喺budget range附近,我哋想會約見,因為有時line manager見完之後,覺得真係好正、好啱用,但係開價高過budget,都會同老細fight吓,有時真係會俾到,但如果唔批都冇辦法,咁咪唯有講返個budget你聽,睇吓接唔接受到囉。調返轉,有啲candidate真係好想入嚟做,或者聽完個package覺得其他福利可以拉上補下,都會接受㗎。
