問別人忙不忙,除了 “Are you busy?”,還有其他說法嗎?

“Are you busy?”含意較廣,意思可以是「最近忙嗎?」。

如果你在辦公室只是想跟同事聊聊天,但又怕別人在忙,就可以問 “Are you in the middle of something?” (正在忙嗎?)

另一句相近的是 “Do you have a minute?”,意思是「可以跟你說幾句話嗎?」。不是真的指準確的一分鐘,說成 “Do you have a second?” 或 “Do you have a couple of minutes?” 也可以。
