Since September 2015, jobsDB has been organising a series of Talent Search workshops to help our hirers increase the effectiveness of their recruitment process. The latest one was just held in jobsDB’s office on 22 Jan 2016. The training series have focused on candidates’ job seeking behaviors, how to create job ads with content and layout that attract both mobile and desktop users, candidate management with the jobsDB recruitment platform, and of course – the newly launched Talent Search feature which supports our hirers to expand candidate reach for their openings.
