JobsDB has been awarded by Asia’s leading HR magazine Human Resources to be the Best Recruitment Website in Hong Kong at HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2015, in tough competition with local major career websites and portals. JobsDB’s continuous effort to “match more people with jobs than any other organisation” has proved to be a winning factor for the Gold award in the category.

The HR Vendors of the Year Awards is one of the most important and widely recognised awards in Malaysia and Singapore, and it is the first year the Award extends to Hong Kong. It was based on a comprehensive and robust judging process. Finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia, which queried them on their vendor preferences. The finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials and this was validated by a jury of HR leaders and directors from some of Asia’s largest employers.

Over the years, JobsDB continues the roadmap of being the market leader by providing excellent and all-rounded job posting and matching solutions. Hundred thousand of job seekers have chosen us to be their job searching partner, and the majority of employers of all sizes uses us to attract quality candidates. In response to the market need of multichannel candidate sourcing, in August 2015 we introduced the Talent Search function to support employers to expand the reach of  candidates.

JobsDB is truly happy and humbly grateful for the award but we do not see this as an excuse to slow down. We continuously develop comprehensive and streamlined job matching solutions for Hong Kong and look forward to remain your best recruitment website for years to come.
