Upload logo and banner in Job Ad

Who can use this feature?

Administrator and user with Job ads permission

  1. From Recruitment Centre dashboard, click Job ads at the top menu bar to access My job ads page.

  2. Click Set up your job ad template at the top left and complete the template settings. Please make sure Adobe Flash Plug-in is installed in your computer.


  3. From the Template Settings, click Upload Logo or Upload Banner. Please follow the image requirements below to ensure you will have a good quality image display.

    • a) Company logo

      • i. Dimension: Minimum 512px for width or height
      • ii. File format: JPEG or PNG
    • b) Banner

      • i. Dimension: Must be 1000px (width) X 338px (height)
      • ii. File format: JPEG or PNG
  4. Choose the logo or banner you wish to upload from your computer.


  5. Check and confirm the preview template for your logo or banner, then click Save.


  6. Your company logo or banner will be reviewed by us within 1 working day.


  7. Once your company logo or banner is approved, an approval notification will appear in your Recruitment Centre dashboard.


  8. You will be able to view the uploaded logo or banner in your Job Ad Preview page.
