Who can use this feature?
Administrator and user with Talent Search permission
- From Recruitment Centre dashboard, click Talent Search at the top menu bar to search candidates from JobsDB database.
- In the
search table, type in job title, skills or similar employer name of candidates you wish to search for. JobsDB’s list of auto suggestion will appear as you type in 
- Use filters to refine your search criteria.
- Total years of experience: Candidate’s total years of working experience.
- Education Level: Candidate’s education level.
- Job function: Candidate’s job function.
- Last activity: Candidate’s last activity date with their JobsDB profile.
- Lives in: Candidate’s current location.
- Allowed to work in: Candidate’s work permit location.
- >> Advanced Search: Click here if you wish to add filter for candidate’s job industry and expected salary.
- Click
to perform search. - Your search results will be shown in card format with quick info about the candidate.
- Candidate’s current position title and employer name.
- Candidate’s current position years of experience, job function and industry.
- Snippets of total working experience, academic qualification, current location and work permit.
- More candidate profile details.
- Candidate’s last activity date with their JobsDB profile.
- Buy and download candidate profile with contact details.
- Send active Job Ad to candidate.
- Candidate’s profile privacy indicator – Open Profile or Limited Profile.
- Bookmark candidate profile for later review and decision.
- Explore with different keyword and criteria to search for more candidates that best fit your needs.
- Once you identified your preferred candidate, you can choose to click

- Buy profile: Buy and download candidate profile with contact details to make direct contact. 50 coins will be deducted from your account.
Note: Only candidate profile indicated as “Open Profile” can be purchased. - Send job ad: Send any of your active Job Ad to candidate and invite to apply. 10 coins will be deducted from your account.
