Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited has recently identified that some job application emails sent out from our system were delayed and part of them were sent to different clients incorrectly. This was due to a technical error during a system upgrade between 28th and 29th November, 2017. We immediately synchronized the settings between these systems and this issue was settled within an hour.
We are treating this incident seriously and are taking strict corrective measures to enhance our system upgrade process and prevent similar cases from happening again. If you received candidates’ CVs which were not in relation to your company’s positions, in-line with prevailing privacy enactments we advise you to delete those CV’s immediately.
