Recruitment Positions

Senior Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the BESPOKE Salon in LANDMARK, and supervise the team to provide premium customer services to VIP guests
  • Train and coach individual team members, monitor the team’s daily operations to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness
  • Answer VIP guests’ enquiries and handle their requests in a professional manner
  • Prepare regular reports for management’s review
  • Handle administrative work for VIP programmes
Requirements:
  • Possess minimum 7 years’ customer service experience in luxury brands/hospitality/aviation industry, with at least 3 years at supervisory position

Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the daily operation of BESPOKE Salon in LANDMARK and to provide premium customer services to VIP guests
  • Answer VIP guests’ enquiries and handle their requests in a professional manner
  • Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities
  • Handle administrative work for VIP programmes

 

Requirements:
  • Possess ┬áminimum 2 or 3 years’ customer service experience in luxury brands/hospitality/aviation industry
