Dr. Chiang has many years of experience in human resources and administration gained from various organizations in both the public and private sectors in Hong Kong. He holds a degree in Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, Australia and LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from The University of Hong Kong. She is awarded GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award 2021 and Asian Female Business Leader Award 2017.

Susanna is an experienced human resources professional. She has spent most of her career in the banking industry, with exposure to various HR roles. She is currently the Talent Acquisition head in DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd, leading a team to recruit all levels of talents for the bank to support its business strategies. In 2017 to 2019, Susanna was the Learning and Talent Development head in the bank. In this role, she was responsible for driving initiatives in relation to learning and development, talent management and organization development, which are all key agenda in today’s banking industry.
Before the aforesaid roles, Susanna had worked as an HR partner for more than 15 years, where she partnered with business heads of retail banking, wealth management, technology and operations, finance, legal and compliance, risk management, etc. to advise and execute people strategies aligning with the business needs.
Before DBS, Susanna was with Hang Seng Bank taking up various roles including HR partner, Reward and HR operations.
Susanna has got a Master Degree in Business Administration, and a Master Degree of Science in Information System.

With over 20 years’ experience in human resources arena, Willie is appointed Vice President Human Resources at Hong Kong Telecommunications in September 2020. In this role, he is responsible for effectively diagnosing business issues and goals by ensuring HR strategy is aligned with the business strategy. He is setting the people agenda in collaboration and consultation with the business leadership team. He also acts as the Group Head of TA as a COE function to design and drive the adoption of talent sourcing practices to support a strong candidate experience.
Before moving to HKT, Willie was the Director, People Partner at South China Morning Post and Head of People at Asia Miles as a change agent and culture builder for nurturing employee engagement in the workplace. Prior to that, he accumulated his professional experience within the people spectrum, related to Swire Group including John Swire & Sons, Cathay Pacific Airways and Cathay Dragon. He embarked on his career as a Management Trainee with Cathay Pacific Catering Services in 1996.
Willie holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also recognized for his commitment in the HR field as a recipient of an Award for Excellence for HR Leaders by World HRD Congress.
