- Associate of HKCGI
- Good command of both written & spoken Eng and Chi
1-4 of 4 jobs
- Full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Assist in preparation of annual reports & circular
- Maintain company statutory records
- Medical insurance, double pay & birthday leave
- Must possess at least 4 years’ experience
- Immediate availability would be highly preferred
- Good career exposure in in-house legal department
