Define, Design, Impement and Manage CoP process across organization to understand Cost of Sales and bring Operational effciences and improve win rate • Identify Business and Operations Improvement areas across Sales & Marketing • Lead M&A companies onboard & migration exercise to CWTS and CWTM processes • GBT is the Product/Process owner of an Enterprise CRM Platform based on Salesforce, which manages the opportunity pipeline of the company across world markets. • PM for Continuous Process Improvement to monitor high volume helpdesk tickets and make necessary improvements in the Sales Process, Operations, Procedure and Systems • Change Management for major processes and system changes and plan required communication and training sessions • Monitor and review compliance and adoption of CWTS and CWTM processes and goals • Plan roadmap and prioritize CRM implementations across markets and drive ‘Mobile First’ Initiative • Stakeholder management with multiple Process Owners, Functional Owners and System Owners • Review project proposals on salesforce add on tools, products and process improvements tools • Manage the project team comprising Business analysts, Process Consultants and Change Team
