Job Description

工作內容及要求 :

  • 透過電話解答關於Tap & Go 客戶的一般查詢並提供客戶服務
  • 每星期工作48小時,需輪班工作, 美孚上班
  • 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度懂簡單電腦操作
  • 主動熱誠具良好溝通技巧及服務態度 
  • 全職新人獎金 $ 6,000 **

 

The Job

  • To handle customer telephone enquiries and offer one-stop resolution
  • To support Tap & Go related follow up activities 
  • To follow the pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job with follow-through manner as per requirements, policies, guidelines and procedures stipulated by all concerning parties
  • To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
  • To discharge duty in a professional manner so that company image can be safeguarded at all times
  • To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business needs
  • Join-In-Bonus $6,000 **

 

The Person

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office
  • Customer-oriented, Pro-active, willing to learn, able to work independently
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Officer
