美容顧問 BEAUTY ADVISOR

 

職責 Responsibilities:

• 提供優質客戶服務以達致店舖銷售額 Provide excellent customer service in order to meet sales target and KPI
• 解答客戶查詢及處理投訴 Maintain highest standard on customer enquiry/ complaint handling
• 協助處理店舖日常事務 Support Store in charge on managing store daily operations  
• 負責店舖陳列 Monitor VM and module layout

 

要求 Requirements:

• 1年以上零售銷售經驗 1 year retail sales experience
• 擁有化妝品銷售經驗者優先考慮 Sales experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
• 良好銷售及客戶服務技巧 Excellent selling and customer service skills
• 主動，成熟及有熱誠 With pro- active, mature and energetic personality
• 良好廣東話，基本英文及普通話溝通 Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
