Job Description

 ** 職位職責

1.  爲客戶提供業務諮詢解答、客戶投訴處理、客戶建議接納等服務,及時爲客戶解决問題。

2. 具備處理問題、工作跟進、溝通及疑難問題服務的意識跟能力

3. 提高客戶滿意度,協助其他同仁問題諮詢及解决問題,協助主管交辦工作

4. 後續可轉爲VIP客服等,提供貴賓服務問題處理及貴賓禮金禮品達成跟進,及貴賓維繫

 ** 職位要求

1. 學歷要求大專或以上學歷

2. 有客服經驗二年以上的優先考慮

3. 熟悉Word & Excel等辦公軟件的基本應用,中文打字速度每分鐘50-60字以上

4. 有良好的文字溝通能力和信息收集能力,語言組織能力佳,有較好的溝通技巧

5. 抗壓性强,工作足够主動和積極,有良好的團隊合作精神 , 有足够的責任感

6. 有較强的靈活應變能力,快速分析用戶需求和解决問題

7. 必需能操流行普通話

8. 能够配合輪班和假日排班(早班客服08:00-17:00/晚班客服14:00-23:00

9.  星期6天工作  / 銀行假期
