文員 Clerk :

-  Help with administration work

-  Follow up purchasing and arrange deliveries

-  Customer service follow up

-  Outdoor work required

 

 打字員 Data Entry  :

- Typing and enter data

- Work closely with Accounts Department

- Arrange schedules and confirm appointments

 

 

 

 

辦公室助理 Office Assistant:

 - Help sifu in moving appliances , furniture, cleaning apartments 

- Clerical duties

- Outdoor work required

 

接待員 Receptionist 

-  Answer all enquiries and complaints

-  Typing

- Arrange scheduling

- Some outdoor work required if not enough help

 

Accounts Clerk:

- Full sets of Accounts

 

 

 

Requirements:

F. 5 and above with 3 years working experiences.
