4大培養方向 4 Business Function Streams

參加者在申請計劃時自由選擇一個培養方向,公司將安排相應的培訓,具體包括:
The Programme is offered in 4 Business / Function Streams. When applying for the programme, applicants are require to choose only one stream which includes:

1.營銷管理 Sales Management
聚焦需求、銷售、前線服務,重點瞭解顧客需求及服務要求,具體會到營銷中心等部門進行重點培養,以培養門市管理者、銷售精英為目標。
Focusing on demand, sales and frontline service, participants would gain understanding of the customer demand and standard of service. Participants are expected to become branch managers and sales elites at our frontline after receiving training from departments like Sales Centre.

2.產品策劃 Products Design
聚焦供應、設計、後勤支援,重點瞭解各項產品的設計流程,具體會到自由行中心、出境中心等部門進行重點培養,以培養產品管理、策劃專業人才為目標。
Focusing on supply, design and back office support, participants would gain understanding of the design flow of various products. Participants are expected to become professional of product management and design at our back office after receiving training from departments like F.I.T. Centre and Outbound Tours Centre.

3.定制服務 Customized Service
聚焦全流程業務管理、定制服務,重點瞭解接待各類客戶的流程,具體會到商務會獎中心等部門進行重點培養,以培養全流程旅遊專案服務管理骨幹人員為目標。
Focusing on supply and customized Service and back office support, participants would gain understanding of the flow of serving different type of tourists. Participants are expected to become professional event and project expert after receiving training from departments like M.I.C.E. Centre.

4.職能管理 Functional Management
聚焦職能管理制度體系、流程,重點瞭解公司各項管理文化和內在要求,具體會到人資部、財務部、市場部等部門進行重點培養,以培養前後台業務知識比較全面的行政管理者為目標。
Focusing on management system and work flow, participants would gain understanding of the mechanism of frontline and back office integration. Participants are expected to become strategic administrative partner after receiving training from departments like Human Resources Department, Finance Department and Marketing Department.


4種培養方式 4 Ways Nurturing

無論您選擇哪種培養方向,獲聘的管理培訓生都會獲安排參加一系列的培訓發展項目,具體包括:
No matter which streams you choose, MTs would be receiving full set of training programme. Training will cover the following:

1.職務輪換 Job Rotation
在公司多個部門進行職務輪換,對公司相關業務建立全面、多元認識,也會協助承擔管理職能。
MTs would attached to different business and function departments and bearing management responsibility through Job Rotation.

2.師友輔導 Mentorship and Coaching
於各個計劃階段安排業務導師和師友導師,對管理培訓生業務專業發展、個人成長等各個方面進行支援輔導。
MTs would be assigned mentors who help taking care of challenges, career development and personal growth.

3.行動學習 Action Learning
與同期的管理培訓生就指定主題進行集中交流研討,開展相關項目研究,也有機會統籌或參與解決方案的落地實施。
MTs would be gathered to discuss certain topics covering business management and business growth. Meanwhile, conduct related researches and opportunity to organize or involve in the execution of the action plan.

4.自主提升 Self-Improvement
參加由公司內外部機構舉辦的專業進修、能力認證、業餘進修等課程,並通過多種方式促進個人提升。
MTs would be subsidized to improve themselves in various ways, include but not limited to professional training, qualifications attaining and etc.


3年培養週期 3 Years Training Cycle

整個管理培訓生計劃預計時長3年,具體如下:
The MT Programme will last for about 3 years, including:

1.第一年職務輪換 1st Year Job Rotation in the Stream You Belongs To
在同一個培養方向內的多個部門內進行職務輪換,建立對相關業務的全面認識
Rotate within departments of the a stream will equip MTs with comprehensive understanding of the corresponding business / function streams.

2.第二年職務輪換 2nd Year Job Rotation in Other Streams
在其它培養方向內的多個部門內進行職務輪換,建立對相關業務的多元認識
Rotate within departments of other streams will equip MTs with diverse understanding of the Company.

3.第三年見習管理 3rd Year Management Training
在單一部門或小組內進行見習管理,培養在未來承擔更多的管理職能
MTs would be bearing certain management responsibilities to help deepen understanding of business management.

發展路徑 Career Path

完成計劃後:部門中層管理者
After Completion of MT Programme: Department Middle Management Personnel

第3年:助理經理
Third Year: Assistant Manager

第2年:見習經理II
Second Year: Manager in Training II

第1年:見習經理I
First Year: Manager in Training I

計劃基本內容 Basic Information

部  門:由公司結合您所選擇的培養方向安排(營銷管理、產品策劃、定制服務、職能管理)
Department:We will assign you a Stream by considering the choices of yours (Sales Management, Product Design, Customized Service, Business Management)

計劃對象:應屆畢業生、工作未滿一年的往屆畢業生
Target: Fresh Graduates and recent graduates who work less than a year

申請要求:大學專科或以上學歷,修讀專業不限;具有投身旅遊業長期發展的意願;具備管理潛質,組織領導、協調溝通能力突出;思維清晰敏捷,領悟學習能力強(具有較高培養潛力者,標準可適當放寬)
Eligibility Requirements: Higher Diploma in any discipline. Willing to develop a long term career in tourism industry. Acute business acumen. Strong organization, leadership and communication skills. Fast thinker and learner (Requirements could be adjusted for those who could showcase extraordinary potential)

計劃時間:由2019年7月開始,為期3年。完成計劃後,我們會正式將管理培訓生納入到公司管理骨幹隊伍。
Duration: 3 Years from July, 2019. MTs who successfully completed the programme would be entering the Company management team.

註:須通過相關考核評價機制。
Remark: MTs must pass assessments to enter the next stage (year).


參加方法 Application Procedure

1.確定意向 To Select a Stream
參加者須選擇一個擬發展的方向,具體包括:營銷管理、產品策劃、定制服務、職能管理。
Applicants are require to choose only one interested stream for development, which includes Sales Management, Product Design, Customized Service, Business Management.

2.提交申請 To Apply

請前往網址http://ww1.ctshk.com/zh/training2018form/申請,仔細閱讀說明後填妥相關資料。截止日期為2019-4-15(星期一)。 Please apply on http://ww1.ctshk.com/zh/training2018form/, read the instruction carefully and fill in the online application form. Application Deadline: 2019-4-15 (Monday).

3.參加遴選 To Prepare for Selection
成功通過簡歷篩選的求職者大概會在2019年4-5月收到參加遴選的通知。
Potential applicants would be invited to go through our selection processes. The invitation would be sent in April to May of 2019(approximately).

4.計劃啟動 To Begin
成功通過所有程序的管理培訓生,我們會結合您的培養方向和公司相關考慮,確定最終重點培養部門,並與您辦理相關手續。
Applicants who pass through all selection processes would be entering a Stream. We would also take care of the relevant employment procedures.
