Job Description

1) Marketing TRAINEE                                        

 Report to Marketing Manager

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Implement trade marketing promotion activities, events and exhibitions
  • Participate and provide support in Food Expo, Wine & Dine, and Wine tasting
  • Design and implement marketing materials (eg. leaflet, promotion letter for marketing event
  • Research marketing trend and provide creative ideas to expand the market
  • Assist in stock take if necessary
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned  

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of related experience in Food and Beverage (Catering) industry will be definitely a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (incl. v look up, pivot table, formula), Powerpoint and Photoshop
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as TRAINEE

 

2) Sales Coordinator

Duties:

  •          Support Sales team on sales and marketing duties
  •          Email communication with retail shop and restaurant
  •          Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  •          Diploma or above
  •          5 years of related working experience
  •          Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Windows, Photoshop prefer
  •          Stable working record will be a plus
  •          Less experience with high calibre is also welcome

3) Accounts Clerk

Duties:

  • General accounting work
  • Follow up sales order
  • Handle stock take and inventory report
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Less experience / Fresh graduate with high calibre is also welcome
  • Stable working record will be a plus 

 4)  General Clerk

Duties:

  • Follow up quotation, sales order and invoices
  • Data Entry and filing
  • General sales support including administration work
  • Preparation of Sales report
  • Follow up promotion letter/leaflet
  • Liaise closely with promoters
  • Assist Sales on stock control (morning period) and stock Take (afternoon) when necessary
  • Ad hoc and operation duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Experienced in sales promotion follow-up will be a plus
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Windows
  • Stable working record will be a plus
