RESPONSIBILITIES:

l   Act as project leader/team member to manage and execute clients’ projects, and provide professional advice to clients

l   Formulate and implement strategic marketing and communications plan to meet clients’ objectives and achieve target results

l   Understand business sector landscape and/or current affairs in China, Hong Kong S.A.R and Macau S.A.R.

l   Conduct research on public policies and/or industry trends   

l   Develop and strengthen relationship with key clients & media

l   Work effectively with senior and junior team members, as well as other departments, overseas offices and external parties

l   Co-ordinate marketing activities and liaise with marketing partners if required

l   Identify unique media angles for Clients’ projects to maximize publicity

l   Copywriting/editing bilingual press and communications materials, including speeches and emcee scripts

l   Establish regular dialogueswith target media to create opportunities for press coverage

l   Plan, organize and manage PR events for clients

l   Manage project schedule and budget.

l   Prepare clippings monitoring, quotations, reports and proposals.

l   Co-ordinate marketing activities and liaise with related partners, if required

l   Provide crisis management advice to clients, if required

 

REQUIREMENTS

l   University degree holder preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines

l   4 years solid experience in Marketing, PR and/or Communications fields from Hospitality, Property, Finance industries or Listed Companies (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Account Executive)

l   Strong media network in Local News, Finance/Property and Feature pages and Business, Hospitality, Lifestyle media

l   Good digital knowledge through personal/professional use of social media channels

l   Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (fluent in Cantonese and knowledge in Mandarin)

l   Good project management skills and multi-tasking abilities

l   Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

l   Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details

l   Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
