Account Executive/Customer Service Executive

Our client is a listed consumer company, with various global brands. Currently they are recruiting an Account Executive to manage b2b accounts. This is an office role with no shifts, open to CS candidates with client facing experience.

Main Duties:

The Account Executive will be reporting directly to the manager and hold 10 – 30 b2b accounts. The AE will not be responsible for any sales targets, but will be manage clients and introduce new products and changes in commission/ rebates. Able to motivate clients and facilitate training and events

Job Requirements

• Manage accounts, client servicing
• Support account in queries, and inform them on new product launches and change in commission/ rebates
• Provide necessary support to distributors and assist to set an achievable goal
• Conduct and facilitate an important distributor trainings and events
• Compliance training
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-3 years working experience, preferably in the customer services or sales field
• Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered
• Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
• A proactive team player and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications
