Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable to look after a portfolio with conversion plan, high-end individual plan and key-man insurance plan
  • Provide professional broking service to corporate clients on employee benefits solutions
  • Assist with the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client's insurance programs
  • Assist in relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business
  • Liaise with insurers on client enquiries and claims management
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of any discipline, with further education on insurance related subjects preferred
  • 5 years relevant experience in life and medical insurance in a broking firm or an insurance company
  • Good in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and good prioritization
  • Mature, and be a good and advocate team player
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Account Manager
