Job Description

Our client is a global leading creative and marketing solution agency with strong print and digital arm, in view of their expansion across the region, we are recruiting for Administration Executive / Project Coordinator to support on marketing and creative production services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Manager on project administrative tasks.
  • Monitor project timeline, budget, and liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Production of detailed specifications for internal and external clients.
  • Working with the team to come up with methods to streamline procedures. 
  • Develops excellent customer service skills and understanding of the client’s business
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of company's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital, print and creative services
  • Develop strong relationships with clients



  • 2 year experience in administrative and operation support. Fresh graduates with good work ethics will be considered.
  • Ability to multitasking and work in a dynamic environment. 
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, self-driven. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
