A well reputed Data Centre and Infrastructure Client is presently seeking a Account Manager to assist them with projects in Hong Kong. 

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:  

  • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management/Business Management or relevant
  • 10+ years of experience with FM experience with Corporates, Vendors or Consultancy
  • Reporting to the Group Director, you are expected to manage and develop account relationships within the facilities management sector, familiar with all FM operations from policy, rules and regulations
  • You are expected to work closely with clients to provide recommendations with improvements on cost, quality and overall assure strong service deliver
  • Those with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese will be an advantage
