Account Manager (Direct Sales Team) - Business Development (High basic salary + Commission )

Company Description

Our client, a global insurance company is seeking a high calibre for their Direct Sales, Account Manager to develop their Health and medical insurance business. Interested parties with direct sales experience, without insurance knowledge can also apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • To establish and maintain strong customers relationship in related to health and benefit business
  • To identify client's need and advise business solution to generate business opportunity
  • To generate business relationship from SME or customers from all commercial channels.
  • To improve sales and retention target
  • Excellent working environment and career path


  • Degree holder in insurance or business related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, direct selling.
  • With direct selling experience, telemarketing experience have added advantages.
