Job Description

Here’s the opportunity for you:

 

  • To actively promote the Group's services to existing clients and new customers to achieve the sales target and gross profit margin set up by the Company
  • To be a story teller to pitch and present creative proposals
  • To assist superior and Account Director to serve and manage retained clients and to develop sales lead assigned by superiors from pitching phase to closing off the deal
  • To handle client and project management, inclusive of obtaining client's project requirement, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation
  • To brief production & liaise with interoffice department and to ensure smooth operation & high standard in order to meet the group's target & expectation
  • To ensure efficiency and high standard performance of the assigned projects

 

 

 Are you ready for the opportunity?

          

  • Degree holder or above, preferable in event management or creative disciplines
  • Min 5 years relevant working experience in agency or event company
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong technical background in event production
  • Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin/Chinese
  • Mobility and frequent travel to mainland China
  • Flexible to take up overseas assignment for a period of time
  • Proven time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective problem solver who is able to think laterally and ensure continuity of service
  • Good team player who is willing to travel and work under minimum supervision
  • Candidate will more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
