Job Description


  • Diploma or above in Accounting with LCC&I;
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Independent, responsible and great analytical skills; and
  • Immediate availability is preferable


  • Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting duties;
  • Coordinate with project managers and corporate accountant on review project performance;
  • Handle account payable and receivable and maintain records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts).  Enters data into computer system using defined computer program.
  • Contact clients about invoices that are past due.
  • Assist in filing, data entries and administration works;
