Job Description


  • Provide sales and customer services support to clients and the sales team
  • Upkeep relationship with existing clients and promote cross-selling initiatives of products
  • Provide sales administrative support including new business follow-up and maintain good record keeping
  • Prepare sales materials and relevant reports
  • Communicate and coordinate operational activities with regional offices and business partners
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned  


  • University graduate with degree in Economics, Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage 
  • At least 1 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry (less experience applicants will be considered as Account Operation Manager Officer)
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Computer literate in MS Office including Chinese word processing
  • Customer focused, people-oriented, positive attitude, outgoing, proactive and good problem solving skills
