Opening: Account Servicing Manager

 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling isentia media intelligence, social monitoring & insight service to existing accounts and maintaining relationships with them. We will provide you with the most modern tools, technology and training to enable you to help businesses solve mission-critical problem with our complete suite of cloud solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Up sell & cross sell isentia product and service to existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, planning and post closure customer support.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 5-8 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience.
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills.
  • Successful sales track record in selling applications.
  • Interaction with C level players. Team player and team management.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Having media partner connection is a plus .
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Based in the HK

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
