Job Description

Accountant & Admin. Officer ( Sports Company )

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Handling daily accounting operations and full set of accounts independently
  • Preparation of aging reports, bank reconciliation and other management reports e.g. Sales Report, Cash Flow Forecast
  • Handle all HR matters included prepare Employment Contract, recording staff leave records, Payroll and MPF, Salary Tax Return….etc
  • Liaison with external auditor
  • Prepare project handbook and related documents and duty on regular checking project status
  • Handle office administration and ad hoc duties assigned by Management. 


  • Degree holder in Accountancy, good command of English and Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Trustworthy, discreet in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge on using Peachtree accounting system is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;Excel (VLOOKUP), SQL Server
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Account Clerk
