Handle daily accounting operation, including data entry, filing, inquiries and daily report
Payment checking and cheque / bank remittance preparation
Responsible in daily routines of the process of Accounts Receivable & Payables
Prepare and handle monthly payment.
Assist in month end closing
Perform in organizing company events
Handle office administration including purchase and maintenance of center
supplies and equipment etc
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Diploma above in Accounting (Experienced or Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply)
Familiar with computerized accounting system, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
Well organized, enthusiastic, pleasant, interpersonal skills and with a good sense of responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Able to handle full-set account will be an advantage
Immediate availability is highly preferred
