Job Description

LeTech is a young e-commerce company focusing online retailing in Hong Kong. We are now looking for accounting officer to join us as:


Accounting and Administration Officer/Assistant Manager


  1. General account and book keeper duties
  2. Provide secretarial & administration support
  3. Responsible for daily cashflow, receivables, payables, expenses claims and opex approvals
  4. Responsible for inputting accounting entries and maintain filling system in an accurate manner
  5. Liaise with auditors or external parties
  6. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned



  1. Good command in communication in English and Cantonese/Chinese
  2. Attention to details, willing to learn, patient, and cautious
  3. Self-motivated, independent, and good interpersonal skills
  4. Good MS Excel skills
  5. Experiences in accounting
  6. Experience in inventory control will be an advantage
  7. Experiences in QuickBooks Online or Xero will be an advantage
  8. With more experience will consider as Assistant Manager
  9. Fresh graduates will also be considered
