Job Description


  • Responsible for daily accounting transactions i.e. data entry, invoicing, expenses, bank reconciliation
  • Prepare vouchers, check payments, debit notes, cash position, payroll
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports for various clients
  • Communicate with customer services department and auditors
  • Perform ad hoc duties


  • Associate degree/ Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • 2~4 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of A/C Software, e.g. MYOB, Peachtree…
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
  • Responsible, independent, self-motivated, mature, detail oriented, well organized and good communication skill.
