Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to support all-round accounting activities in an efficient manner.

 

*** We welcome fresh graduates ***

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting operations, including but not limited to daily book-keeping, month-end closing, year-end closing, reporting, year-end audit, cheque issuance, stock taking, purchase order issuance.
  • Assist in PMS functions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with LCCI Intermediate or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, general Internet knowledge, basic computer operation knowledge, Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in MYOB will be a plus
  • Immediate available / short notice highly preferred
  • Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
  • Welcome applicants from CSSA, SFS, IEAP, NDP

HKYHA operates 7 youth hostels across Hong Kong and currently has an individual membership of more than 30,000 people and group membership of over 600.

MISSION: to provide safe, simple, and affordable hostelling services to young people and travellers from all over the world. Our hostels also serve as educational platforms that allow travellers to broaden their horizons, to learn about different cultures, and to be in touch with nature and heritage conservation.
